At Tahiran Food, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, since we sell food and consumable products, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Food items are generally non-returnable. However, we may accept a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received damaged, broken, or spoiled

  • Packaging seal found broken or leaking at the time of delivery

2. Time Limit to Report an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after this time frame will not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement

To process a return or refund, we may require:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Unboxing video (highly recommended)

All claims are reviewed based on the provided proof.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via an agreed alternative method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Product partially used or consumed

  • Complaint made after the allowed time

  • Natural variations in color, taste, or texture of food products

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.

7. Policy Updates

Tahiran Food reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after being published on the website.
